Upstream hasn't released any versions yet, so I package a SVN snapshot.
It's basically checking out
http://u3-tool.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/u3-tool/trunk/
and exporting it into a clean tarball.
That all can be done with the get-orig-source target of debian/rules:
make -f debian/rules get-orig-source
