v1.1 a complete re-write with following improvements
- STUN/TURN support to allow video calls
- Exposed proxy65 for file transfers
- Configuration updated to match ejabberd 21.12
- Make use of ejabberd macros instead of updating the default config with sed

- Configuration split in several files in conf/conf.d to conquer complexity
